Course Description

As part of its initiative to provide HR measures responsive to the changing needs of human resource in the public sector, the Civil Service Commission issued CSC Resolution No. 2200209 on the Policies on Flexible Work Arrangements in the Government. This policy provides adaptable and responsive work schemes for government officials and employees to manage any current or emergent situations caused either by natural and man-made calamities or any other situation that may affect the efficient and effective delivery of public services.
This free webinar orientation will discuss the salient features of the guidelines to level the understanding of Agency Heads and HRM Personnel on the new policy.
Target Participants
Agency Heads or Human Resource Department Head/Leader (maximum of 2 pax per agency for a total of 1000 participants on a first-come, first-served basis)
Performance Objective
By the end of the 3.5-hour webinar orientation, participants shall be able to understand the salient features of the CSC Resolution No. 2200209 on the Policies on Flexible Work Arrangements in the Government and enable them to develop and implement their Internal Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangements that will ensure continued operations and at the same time ensure the safety and welfare of their employees.
Learning Objectives
Specifically, by the end of this course the participants shall be able to:
1. Appreciate the significance of the policy on flexible work arrangement;
2. Explain the elements, processes and policies of flexible work arrangement; and,
3. Perform their respective roles in implementing the policy on flexible work arrangement.
