Identification of people who are into illegal cutting of trees/ kaingin, building of structures within the Dibut AD

Ma’am Melita Mercado, AO IV and Ma’am Violeta DL Fernandez, TAA II of NCIP Aurora Provincial Office assisted the Dumagat IP leaders and elders from Brgy. Dibut, San Luis, Aurora, headed by Municipal IPMR/ Chieftain Cipriano Dela Torre, before the Legal Officer of CENRO Dingalan, Atty. Sakiwat.
The coordination centered on the identification of people who are into illegal cutting of trees/ kaingin, building of structures within the Dibut AD that apparently overlapped with the watershed areas. It was agreed that these witnesses will be coming back on Monday morning to sign the complaint affidavit and its consequent filing before the Prosecutors’ Office.
