1238 Integrated Sustainable, Assistance, Recovery and Advancement Program (iSARAP) convergence activity
TODAY: CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—Integrated Sustainable, Assistance, Recovery and Advancement Program (iSARAP) convergence activity was organized to bring the government’s programs and services closer to the community for the last stretch of the Duterte Administration. The iSARA program means “to close”, as a gesture of the Duterte Administration’s last stretch, the culmination of PRRD’s term. The convergence activity is simultaneously held at City of San Fernando, Pampanga, General Tinio, Nueva Ecija, and City of Jose Del Monte Bulacan. For City of San Fernando, Pampanga, the convergence activity was attended by Regional Directors, key line agencies’ representatives, and guest of honor Secretary Leoncio “Jun” Evasco Jr., Presidential Adviser on Streamlining of Government Processes.
Also, the DICT Region 3 in partnership with the NCIP Region 3, conducted the ceremonial awarding of Department of Information and Communications Technology – Luzon Cluster 2 Tech4ED Program to the IP Community of Porac, Pampanga represented by IPMR Edwin Abuque. Tech4ED which stands for Technology Empowerment for Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development, is a program that provides ICT-enabled services to communities that have minimal access or no access to ICT and government services. Present during the awarding ceremony is DICT Luzon Cluser 2 Regional Director Reynaldo T. Sy and ITO Mr. Edriel Miranda, National Library of the Philippines Executive Director Cesar Gilbert Adriano, and NCIP Region 3 Development Management Officer Mr. Louis Genesis David.
