Maraming Salamat DICT Region 3

The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 3 headed by Director Reynaldo T. Sy launched a Tech4ed Center with ICT equipment donation to Brgy. Belbel Botolan Zambales IP Community thru Provincial Office of Zambales Mr. Jeffrey O. Lazaro in partnership with LGU Botolan Zambales headed by Mayor Jun Omar Ebdane, NCIP Zambales represented by Mr. Juanillo Bulatao and Brgy. Belbel Chairman Mr. Duan Dela Cruz.
A Tech4ED Center is a self-sustaining, shared facility providing access to ICT-enabled services and relevant content. It serves as a conduit for efficient delivery of government and other services and a potent tool for the empowerment and participation of the unserved and underserved communities in development.
