Maraming salamat po National Youth Commission – Region II & III sa iyong makabuluhang Pagpapaliwanag at Pagsasanaybsa ating mga Katutubong Kabataan ng Gitnang Luzon!
The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (Region 3) is currently conducting the Indigenous Peoples Rights Advocacy and Monitoring Treaty Obligations (IPRAMTO) via hybrid platforms (face-to-face and Zoom Conference). This activity aims to document and address pressing human rights violation in the ICCs of Central Luzon and capacitate key IP leaders to serve as our local advocates and co-implementers. This year’s IPRAMTO will focus on capacitating select IP youth leaders in Central Luzon with the theme, “Harnessing the potentials of IP Youth Leaders Against IP Human Rights Violations”.
Ms. Rose Chell Anne Rojas, Cluster Head of NYC Pampanga, invited to be a resource speaker on the said program to discuss the United Nation’s Youth 2030 Strategy and the Philippines’ Implementation Compliance and Strategies
