Provincial Officer Engr. Michael H. Baldonado, Chief Service Center Jessie Aguilar, Dickerson L. Gutierrez, TAA- II and Richard V. Villegas, TAA-I and representatives from the other government agencies attended the (TWG) meeting for the ISSUES AND CONCERNS OF NEW CLARK CITY (NCC) PROJECT AFFECTED PEOPLES (PAPs), which was held at the PMO BCDA Office in Clark, Pampanga.
