MONITORING OF DUPINGA MINI HYDRO CORPORATION IN GABALDON

Was conducted today on APRIL 22, 2021 at SITIO DUPINGA, BARANGAY MALINAW, GABALDON, NUEVA ECIJA By NCIP TEAM NEPO STAFF AND DOMAGET (DUMAGAT) ICCS/IPS
Results of Monitoring:
1. MOA was partially violated by DMHC by not totally prioritizing DICC in the employment as contained in the MOA
2. Agreement was reached regarding this issue between the contractors and DICC
3. The personal problem of IPMR Bernard Casamis was resolved
4. The LHPC/UHPB assisted IPMR Bernard Casamis in his problem with contractors
5. The DICCs issues on trees cutting need to be resolved with DENR CENRO
6. The DICCs demanded the DMHC a ICC-based community meeting to resolve all unresolved issues with the company
7. The NCIP NEPO agreed to set an ICC-Based Community Meeting with DMHC/Alternergy
