NCIP Bataan headed by OIC Juna Sacpa & OIC Mark Allan Diwa

NCIP Bataan headed by OIC Juna Sacpa & OIC Mark Allan Diwa conducted a meeting with PANLIPI and Ayta Ambala Indigenous Cultural Community in Sitio Parapal, Brgy. Mabiga dated, May 20, 2021 to settle & discussed the land dispute in their complaint. Engr. Janna Comising of NCIP presented the overlayed maps of Negrito Reservation, Parapal CLOA belonging to Ayta Ambala, and the private property of non-IP overlapping with their CLOA. It was community’s request and decision to locate the missing mother mohon of their CLOA to be assisted by NCIP & PANLIPI. Atty. Roman Antonio also answered all queries of the community and gave legal advice.

It was agreed upon that all parties will have counterpart re the matter and all legal issues will be addressed by NCIP Legal Officer with the assistance of PANLIPI helping the community in administrative, judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings.
