NCIP Tarlac facilitated the selection of Municipal IPMR of Capas spearheaded by Provincial Officer Engr. Michael H. Baldonado, Chief Service Center Jessie M. Aguilar and PLO Atty. Carlo Stephen Caramto. Also, PNP Capas was present to ensure a secure and peaceful selection.
Hon. Victor Valantin was selected as Capas Municipal IPMR, now on his 2nd Term with 204 votes. Other aspirants, Tony Gutierrez gain 188 votes, Farina Timbol with 58 votes and Jover Ocampo with 39 votes.
