Notice to the Public

NCIP (REGION III) ADVISORY

Please be informed that the group, AETA DUMAGAT TRIBE OF SAN MARCELINO, ZAMBALES (AETADUZASTRICO) and its affiliates headed by Ms. Lorelyn I. Tobias a.k.a. Suprema Ar Kalikasan is NOT recognized by the NCIP Region III as an organization of the Indigenous Peoples/Indigenous Cultural Communities of San Marcelino, Zambales.

Likewise, the group and its affiliates as per our record are not NCIP accredited not are recognized Indigenous Peoples Organization (IPO) neither are they known to have a track record for IPs. They are not documented, recognized, undergone the process and has not been issued by this office with a certificate as an IPO in accordance with NCIP Administrative Order No. 2, Series of 2012.

For emphasis this group has no authority to issue any land titles, documentation of the political structure in the community, recognition of the tribal leaders and any other related activities under the mandates of the NCIP.

The public is hereby advised to exercise caution in engaging in any activities of these groups and to take necessary precaution in dealing with them or their representatives.

Any activities and or transaction of these groups are not in any way attached to this office.
