Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Project

Spearheaded by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DSHUD), the multi-story housing project, named Crystal Peak Estates, is part of the government’s continuous efforts to eradicate the country’s 6.5 million housing backlog.
Strategically situated in a 9.8-hectare land, the project is composed of 27 buildings with around 8,000 housing units that can accommodate more than 10,000 Filipino families.
Aside from offering a well-designed and well-built environment, it is projected to give future occupants access to economic, cultural and educational opportunities, as well as health and social services anchored in creating a truly sustainable community.
