Project EPANAW (Phase 2) officially kicks off today at Region 3!
This year’s pilot is the ethnography of the Ayta Mag-antsi Indigenous Cultural Communities/ Indigenous Peoples of the adjoining Ancestral Domains of the provinces of Pampanga and Tarlac. Project Epanaw is made possible by the Commission’s pioneering Indigenous Peoples Research and Development Program (IPRDP) led by NCIP – Office on Education, Culture, and Health. IPRDP seeks to further empower ICCs/IPs by allowing IP Youth to become as researchers of their own indigenous cultures themselves.
