MOA SIGNING AND LAUNCHING OF TECH4ED CENTER | One of the aspirations of the IP students in Capas is to have an ICT hub to cope with the emerging advancements, particularly in educational plight. NCIP, in partnership with DICT, fulfilled their dreams by providing them with a Tech4Ed Center (3 Laptops, 1 Printer and Wifi Router) located at Brgy. Sta. Juliana, Capas, Tarlac.

The MOA signing was spearheaded by NCIP Tarlac Provincial Officer Engr. Michael H. Baldonado and DICT Regional Director Engr. Reynaldo Sy. It was witnessed by OIC-Principal Ms. Liezl Sanchez of Sta. Juliana National High School, Philippine Air Force representative 2Lt. BedKing, Brgy. Officials Sta. Juliana Capas and IP Youths.
