Her contributions to the well-being and welfare of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) have been evident throughout her career. The foundations Secretary Ople started has paved way to various reforms in the Department of Migrant Workers which she has led with outmost dedication and service for our modern-day heroes – our migrant workers.
Her tireless efforts will always be a cornerstone for the country’s continued service to OFWs, her hard work and selfless service will be an exemplar in providing timely and targeted programs and services to our OFWs, and her deep compassion has touched the lives of countless people proving her unwavering commitment to her vocation – public service.
