The NCIP Region 3 took part of the 2021 Report on the Economic Performance of Central Luzon. The activity was hosted by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Region 3 and highlighted the 2021 Gross Regional Domestic Product/Gross Regional Domestic Expenditure (GRDP/GRDE) for Central Luzon which was presented by OIC-Regional Director Arlene M. Divino. The NEDA Region 3, Regional Director Gina T. Gacusan also presented the breakdown of the economic status of Central Luzon. Through the EO No. 166 s.2022 entitled, “Adopting the Ten-Point Policy Agenda to Accelerate and Sustain Economic Recovery from the Covid-19 Pandemic, and Directing a a Whole-of-Government Approach to Allign All Economic Recovery Programs and Measures of the National Government”, we can be assured that through the convergence efforts of the line agencies, the government is doing its best to bring the economy back from the effects brought by the pandemic.
The said activity was attended by the Heads of regional line agencies of Central Luzon and their representatives, Provincial Planning and Development Officers, and media partners. The guest of honor who attended the forum is Assistant National Statistician, ASec. Divina Gracia L. Del Prado. ASec. Del Prado stated ghat all PSA Regional Offices simultaneously conducted the 2021 Report on the Economic Performance of their respective regions and thanked the participants and data sharers for making the said event possible.
